Cancellation & Deposit Policy atOmil Beauty Day Spa
We value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and deposit policy before booking your appointment.
Appointment Deposit $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your visit.
Cancellation Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in for feiture of the $30 deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service fee, depending on the service booked.
No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in:
Loss of the $30 deposit
Requirement of full prepayment for future bookings
Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients. The full service fee will still apply.
Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled one time only with at least 24 hours’ notice. Multiple last-minute reschedules may require a new $30 deposit.
Memberships & Packages This cancellation policy also applies to memberships, packages, and gift certificates. Missed appointments will be deducted from the package or membership session.
